Moje avtorske pravice?! Pravice in kršitve avtorskega prava

Na tokratnjem Cyber Reaktorju se bomo posvetili intelektualni lastnini pri čemer se bomo osredotočili na avtorsko pravo. Predstavljeni bodo osnovni pojmi avtorskega prava (kaj je AP, katere pravice imamo ... ) in morebitne kršitve avtorskih pravic. Skozi praktične primere si bomo s predavateljico Majo Lubarda, LL.M. ogledali kako se prenašajo pravice, kako so le te zavarovane in kako jih uveljavljamo.


Cyber Reaktor bo potekal v ponedeljek, 19. oktobra 2009, ob 16. uri,
v Multimedijski dvorani Fakultete za elektrotehniko.

Potekal bo tudi neposredni prenos predavanja preko spletnega portala www.cyber-reaktor.si.

Udeležba na dogodku je brezplačna. Zaradi omejenega števila udeležencev je OBVEZNA prijava na: cyber.reaktor@tdc.si ali Facebook skupini Cyber Reaktor.

Z udeležbo na dogodku udeleženec soglaša z objavo vseh posnetkov dogodka na spletnih straneh nosilca in organizatorja dogodka, izključno za namene njegove promocije.
Dogodek je organiziran pod okriljem projekta Tehnološko inovacijsko vozlišče IKT, ki ga delno financira Ministrstvo za visoko šolstvo, znanost in tehnologijo v sodelovanju z Javno agencijo za tehnološki razvoj.
